1. Services & Enrollments

Evamasstu offers manifestation, mindset, and self-growth learning programs (specifically the 21 Days Manifestation Mastery course). Enrollment is open to individuals seeking personal transformation. Access is provided upon receipt of successful payment.

2. Payments

All enrollment payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider, Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment credentials. All transactions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Refund Policy

We stand behind our courses. We offer a **100% refund policy** under the following conditions:

• You can request a full refund within the first 7 days from the official course start date.
• No refund requests will be accepted after the 7-day period has elapsed.
• To request a refund, please contact us at support@evamasstu.com with your transaction reference.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, guides, graphics, website text, and logo designs are the intellectual property of Evamasstu. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access this material for your private learning. You may not distribute, resell, copy, or exploit any course materials for commercial purposes.

5. Disclaimer & Results

Our courses are educational programs designed to share manifestation practices, mindset tools, and visualization techniques. While we guide you to align your intentions, individual results depend entirely on personal commitment, implementation, and other subjective variables. Evamasstu does not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Code of Conduct

Our courses are delivered live (via Zoom) and coordinated through our private WhatsApp Community. We expect all participants to maintain a respectful, supportive, and kind attitude. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the batch and WhatsApp group if they violate this code of conduct, without a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Evamasstu and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any changes made to the course structure.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
